The post 322M XRP Tokens Transferred by Whales in the Past 24 hours-Is it The End of Ripple vs SEC Lawsuit? appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News

The Ripple vs SEC lawsuit is approaching its end and the possibility of producing a summary judgment emerges. In the meantime, the addresses with a huge amount of tokens, have again become active. This could be a positive indication of the incoming rally, probably the whales might have figured it out. But is the closer of the lawsuit the reason behind it?

The Whales seem to be preparing for a giant move as they recorded the largest whale activity with a movement of 35 million XRP worth $15 million. Furthermore, the whales transferred an additional 36 million XRP worth nearly $15 million in the next few hours. Interestingly, these both transactions were carried out from an unknown wallet to Bitstamp.

However, the whales have intensified their activity in the past 24 hours by constantly moving XRP onto the exchanges from their wallet. As per Whale Alert, the whales have been constantly transferring their tokens from their wallets to either Bitso or Bitstamp exchanges. The largest whale movement was recorded, a few moments before of nearly 160M XRP tokens.

The massive transfers do raise serious questions, whether the whales are aware of some pivotal information that still remains clueless to the other market participants.

Collectively, the whale activity now appears suspicious as they are intensifying ahead of the January 30th hearing of the lawsuit between LBRY & the SEC. Moreover, now that the SEC has failed to prove XRP as a security, Whales may believe that the judgment could intensify the price rally to new highs.
